Matt Donner, MPT

Matt Donner is a 17 year resident of South Florida by way of New York, Puerto Rico and Maryland. He left Western Maryland College in with a BS degree in Political Science, along with multiple injuries and concussions from playing Division 3 football.
His history of injury rehab and love of athletics and physiology brought him back to school 5 years later to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Upon acceptance into Nova Southeastern University?s PT program he said goodbye to Maryland and drove his beat up Jetta to sunny South Florida. He graduated from NSU in 1997 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, and a fiance (a fellow student, Stacy (see next bio).
Matt has been in outpatient P.T. practice specializing in orthopedics and sports injury in Broward County for over 15 years. Serving as Practice Manager for HealthSouth Corporation for 2 years, he had the privilege and opportunity to work in close contact and learn from Miami Dolphins team doctors, Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Yoldas. From professional athlete to weekend warrior, Matt has treated all types of orthopedic injuries and has a special interest in treating / preventing youth baseball injury.
Matt enjoys spending time with family, doing obstacle races, sweating at Orange Theory, and watching "The Walking Dead", "Life in Pieces", "Playing House" and "Chopped". He can also still do a handstand on his skateboard. He dislikes when people cut in line.
